Brkfst…5oz 93/7 ground turkey, 28g pepitas, 1/2 avocado, and 28g kimchi. Prayers for my 30 yr old daughter. A ruptured cyst. She is terribly sick! Took her to ER yesterday, waiting on an appointment w gynecologist. Might need to go back to Baptist today

Thank you!! I’m taking care of my grands because she’s bed ridden it’s that bad but getting ready to go check on her. We live across the parking lot from each other, grateful for that convenience. I’m so worried 😟
