Golf today !! Hoping to get back into the "swing of things" (pun intended) with the game and my knee. The 5 day 4th of July holiday turned into 11 days since we had our 2 youngest grandchildren stay with us until Monday. We really wished they could stay longer, but, frankly both of us are bushed. Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July remembering the sacrifices our ancestors made for freedom, plus the family get-togethers, food, and fireworks. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. Good is good !!
