Going to NYC this weekend
I usually overindulge when I’m with my spouse and lost a week’s worth of progress. With our meetings being more close together these months I cannot do it otherwise I won’t progress for a while. I cannot afford not continuing my habit change/consolidation.

My goal is to get back to 90.5 by Monday. So not only maintain weight but lose one pound in one week while in NYC. No small task.

Strategy: send target’s ready-salads to his house. Opt for salads or meats when eating out. No pasta. No noodles. No rice. No Levain bakery. Burgers should have no bun. Yes sushi. Yes steak. Yes stuffed mushrooms. Yes Indian & Thai dishes. Yes wine and cheese. Yes to berries. Yes BBQ. Yes fish, octopus, lobster.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
