I was able to readjust my macros to accommodate my keto plan. I set a caloric intake 2800 cals to keep my portions modest. I include exogenous ketone salts with my daiky supplements to maintain a fat burning state. I try to walk 3.5 miles per day, to aid the process and maintain good mental well-being. I am in size 36 jeans-down from 44's. I don't really post my foods, on account that the high fat consumption would not align to the standard weight loss plans. Thank you all for your testimonials and words of encouragement!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
