I’ve been consistently failing in increasing consumption of fatty fish and fiber rich vegetables in my diet. I need to devise an easy, practical way to consume these. Maybe with some meal prep it could become a plausible choice over my current go-to foods. Also, cotsco canned chicken is on my shopping list. It’s tasty and a lifesaver
