Need to start adding exercise to my plan - I have cut out the Cherry Coke and replaced it with water and watching my sugar. I need to start on the exercise portion of the plan. Would like to start walking for 30 min in the evenings. Hope this works.

If you can't go cold turkey on the cherry coke, can't you at least try for diet cherry coke? going cold turkey just seems harsh and not very realistic since your having to force yourself to give it up.

I can't speak for everyone but I have lost 128 pounds and I never gave up my diet soda. As long as your not drinking the high calorie colas, getting in the water and doing your workouts, you should do beautifully!

First let me say Congratulations! It is nice to know that you don't have to give up everything. How long have you been on WW?

I lost 105 pounds with Weight Watcher's in a year and then I changed over to the Low Carb diet and have since lost 23 more pounds. I still attend my W.W meeting's every week, I have been a member for 3 years.
