I have been on a good roll and the scale is showing that. Although I did choose to indulge on my birthday yesterday and enjoyed a good ole pizza . Then the grandkids wanted to take me out for ice cream so we did and we all had such a good time and got great photos for memories. I felt like terrible crap all day, but I’m back on my wagon today and felling better tonight and tomorrow will be awesome bc I’m going to hit the hay early.
