Yup don't give up. We've been at this too long. Have you thought about Semaglutide? I tried it and seriously, all the food thoughts and binge disappear. Of interested. Go to reddit group for Ozempic or. Semaglutide and read all the testimonials. 🔥

It’s a journey…it’s a struggle…it’s emotions…boredom.. I feel you! The only thing you can do is Tyler again and keep trying. You are gorgeous at any weight! You do it for you and screw the world. Something from my experience, no matter how off the rails, don’t stop logging and don’t stop exercising even if it’s just a little each day. It’s a lot easier to change than to start fresh. Hang in there cuteness, you got this!!
