Took my son to the eye doctor this morning. The staff had a box of donuts and were talking about how today is National Donut Day. Of course son asked if we could get donuts on the way home. So I got a dozen for the family for lunch. I only ate 1(a big one)

I enjoy the challenge of finding ways to fit foods I love into my daily calories/macros. I think I can make this work, gonna do grilled chicken salad for dinner.

I was trying to decide between apple fritter and cherry fritter, then I realized I can have half a piece of both! Also had a small bite of root beer fritter, it was very good too! Although I think the cherry was my favorite.

I still remember my feelings and taste when I first time bit off a piece of an apple fritter . I loved it and it became my favorite order, but it has been already several years since I didn't look it anymore.
