eating loads 😄 and losing weight...happy days!
201.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1593 kcal Fat: 49.77g | Prot: 54.67g | Carb: 231.12g.   Breakfast: Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed) . Lunch: Lemon, Waitrose Pickled Gherkins, Sweet Cucumber Pickle , Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, Tesco Red Pepper, Peaches, Asda Iceberg Lettuce, Lentils (Mature Seeds, without Salt, Cooked, Boiled) , Roast Beef. Dinner: Ambrosia Light Devon Custard, Bananas , Tesco Syrup Sponge Pudding, Stew. Snacks/Other: Morrisons Bakewell Tart, McVitie's Rich Tea Biscuits, Nescafe Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Vanilla Ice Creams . more...
