Well first day of trip went ok. Ate well till dinner when we stopped at a small town Chinese place. I didn't eat much and it was pretty bad. I didn't know how to log it cause they don't have one piece of chicken etc. Lol. Today has been good so far but we arrived and they are getting pizza for dinner. Muffins for breakfast. Glad we brought fat bombs and atkins drinks. Having pizza again Sunday. I love pizza but don't eat it like I used to.

Just do the best that you can. When you get back you can go back on plan. Until then don't stress out about eating and enjoy your trip.
