I use a mixture of flax, chia, and hemp seeds (equals 25 g) .
I add eggnog spice and 2 drops of liquid stevia maple flavour.

Oh my gosh😳🥴 I didn’t mention that I also add 2 beaten eggs and cook all together. It make a very nice porridge. And filling.
