amazing! you are doing great!!! the most i managed was 2 day fast when i had 2 herniated discs in low back and nerve damage in right leg and active arthritis in my opposite knee. i literally couldnt walk!! i was desparate to lower inflammation.. im not sure how experienced with extended fasts you are so i offer this tidbit of advice just in case-be cautious when eating food again.. refeeding syndrome isnt pretty. sipping bone broth for a few hours to a day will help wake up your digestive system! you can keep your fasting timer going until you eat solids again. A soup in a great first meal, before eating something hard to digest and in excess. hope this helps!! keep rocking it!!
