Sunday was mostly a "carb" day except for some cottage cheese and cheese. Oatmeal at breakfast, salad with cottage cheese for lunch, and fruit, cheese, and some peanut butter for dinner. I did indulge myself with some Dove Dark Chocolates pieces. But overall, the day was a success with regard to food. Generally, Sundays are lighter calorie days for me since I do not normally exercise on the bike.
