The world feels like a crazy place right now! I can't stand to watch the news because so much of it is just bad news - I mean, can't they slot in some of the good things happening in the world? Very depressing - I am going to stop watching the news for a while and I don't care if I miss something important!

On the WOE front, things are settling nicely - I am no longer eating out of my eating window and that's great. The sleeping aspect is getting better - I think I cleared about 6 hours last night. I have forgotten to weigh-in the last couple of days .... because my morning schedule is a bit crazy and I am cutting it too close by doing the "just in time" approach for getting ready. Now to address the Yoga situation - I have to get back this month ... this week even! Just to prove something to myself! The place I go to is a wonderful Yoga studio with lovely people. Everyone seem so Zen. I am going to try a crazy experiment - I am going to try to attend early morning classes and late evening classes to see what works best for me. I had been doing lunch classes for a while before I stopped. I really love HOT yoga - it's a spiritual experience to sit in a warm room and focus only on yourself, and your intentions and the sweat running down your crack (I'm working on moving that last one to the back of my mind). I always feel better when I do it ... I just need to get my butt out the door and 5 minutes down the road (that's the shame of it, it's only 5 minutes away from my house)... side eye at myself.....

I would go this evening but I made an appointment to take my daughter to the hairdresser - so, that leaves tomorrow - I think I will go tomorrow. I have my yoga hairstyle already. I have my mat, my water bottle, my towels and my comfy loose clothes - I just need my commitment now! Have a great day all ... and be golden!

I have a spot in the corner of my room for my mat and a basket for my straps and blocks. I start every morning with a practice. The nearest studio for me would be more than an hour away so I make do. Try some different styles like kundalini or ash tanga , you may be pleasantly surprised.

I need to try some yoga, I have a book and I think a DVD somewhere. I do do some basic yoga breathing poses and some of the the sun salute ones as the slow quiet deep breathing and the calm help me avoid asthma meds sometimes.

Nic and WFN: I am going to practice at home as well - in addition to the hot yoga! I was checking out some different styles today - ended up buying the book. I just checked out the schedule for the studio online and I am going to register for the 12 noon class tomorrow!
