I'm going for muscle growth, and losing body fat at the same time. My weight should increase at least 2% in a month. Cheers

That's the plan. I'm doing some calisthenics at the moment, inspired by the book Convict Conditioning, but modding where needed. Overall I think it's a nice program to start. I trust this way I can increase muscle mass without compromising much agility and flexibility. Looks like a long term deal but it is already making my everyday life more comfortable.

Convict Conditioning! Brilliant name. Going to look that up!

How the book is put up is quite original, but the deal is how the exercises are designed to tailor your actual strenght, without facing exercises that are too easy or to hard, to train the whole body. The pdf should be easy to find on the net, as it is the resume of the exercices.

Love Haddock!! Definitely better than whey protein but do like protein shakes for the convenience sometimes.

Yes me too. I have them as emergency source when I'm travelling or If I can't reach my daily demand for some reason. I find fat free yogurt is good too, more nutrient and far less costy.
