Losing some small bags from the hips and the belly is my target. At the same time I also practice some calisthenics exercice to increase my mass. So 'm not sure I will lose much weight. I'm currently following a pescetarian diet balanced with 50/35/15 carbs/proteins/fat macros

Yes, it takes a lot of practice and very gradual increments to master even the basics. But most worthwhile.
