How often is everyone weighing themselves? I used to weigh every single morning but it caused me a lot of body and restricting issues. Is once a week the way to go or longer?

I only weigh once a week because of fluctuations in the week. If my weight went up in the week I found it could derail my week…

weekly, we do have daily weight variations so once a week does work for me.

Weekly on Fridays! That way if I have a fun weekend I have rest of week to make up for it 😅

Weighing daily set me back a lot;I found. So have now decided to weight every fortnight midweek..first weigh in is next Wednesday..wish me luck lol

i was doing weekly, then when I knew I had over eaten in the week I didn't weigh. I have not been strict enough with what I am eating so now I am trying daily to hold. myself more accountable. My biggest issue is I seem to comfort eat alot in the evening when I am watching TV. 🙄

Almost everyday when I wake up… it helps keep myself a bit more accountable and motivated to make good choices!

I think everyone needs to decide this for him-/herself. I´d say if you´re easily thrown off/demotivated by the occasional weight gain, that might not even necessarily be explained by what you ate / not ate, or did / not did the day before, I´d say it´s probably better to do it weekly. But always under the same conditions, meaning in the morning after going to the bathroom, before eating or drinking anything. Personally, I´m impatient :) and I want to know and observe how my body behaves, and do it daily. Sometimes I have up to 1.5 kg more from one day to the next, but either I know eg. that after 2 days of fasting I have eaten now, and my body stores more water again, I´m fine with it. Or even if I don´t understand it, I say "ok, we´ll see about tomorrow".. and let it do what it needs to do, while still mostly following the protocol, while also still allowing myself the occasional (moderate) pig-out.. I accept that what I´ve put on over decades, cannot be (reliably) undone within weeks, and don´t stress over the ups and downs too much, as long as the long-term trend look fine. I hope that makes sense
