It seems unsaturated fats are not that bad afterall. While sugars, refined carbs and alcohol are enemies of losing fat. This makes easier to design my diet, as I can increase the amount of calories I need to bulk some clean body mass. My macro ratio carbs/proteins/fat passes from 50/35/15 to 40/25/35, in wich for a target of 2500 Kcal per day should translate into roughly 250/160/90 grams.
