Cannot believe it. Approx. 10kg in less than 6 months! Just goes to show skipping g meals, and snacking on bad choices was not good for me! I have increased my vegetable intake and miss them when I do t have them. I feel somuch better! Even being tired through work, and broken sleep, I feel better in my body.
