OK....mmm this seesaw weight is SO NOT doing it for me....and i have the flu. Didn't do any exercise this week, due to flu, so off to see the biogenetics at 10am this morning (in an hour), and see what my body fat% and all that stuff is...maybe that will help as well. I really hope she is not going to put me on a treadmill or stepper, my nose is blocked, and that is enough to get me out of breath! Lol... HOLDING THUMBS!
P.S. seems like I am not gonna reach my 75kg mark by 31/05/2015 :-(
