Sauteed spinach and chicken breast. I cooked the chicken in the air fryer. Dice chicken, season, spray or toss in oil. Cook in air fryer for 20 mins at 380° and toss every 5 mins while cooking.

@Jane372023 - This meal was 443 calories (this includes the olive oil that was used to saute the spinach). For seasoning I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and herbs de provence.
