So happy with the weight drop this morning. BUT there has been lack of sleep and only two workouts this week so I'll have to tighten up. I plan to do a HIIT session after work this evening. I'm a typical 5:30 a.m. exercise person. Then I'll do my regular tough Saturday morning and that will get me back on track.
