Frustrated by this weeks weigh in. My average calories were over my target by 24 so huge improvement on last week and continued to be consistent with exercise doing a mix of hiit, pilates, yoga and walking. Also increased water intake to 1.5 pints (although know this still needs improvement!) Next week will aim for 1. healthier calorie intake. 2. At least three portions of veg and two fruit a day. 3. More water
196.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
