I'm more a savoury person too and was also brought up with 'everything in a piece' (Scottish for sandwich)... I like lettuce or cabbage leaf wraps, or wholemeal pitta breads, swap out ur butter for Flora's dairy free vegan spread, can't taste the difference, and try salt n vinegar rice cakes for crisps only around 100kcal for 3...start baking, make banana bread, swap the sugar for stevie and again the butter for dairy free...or use coconut flour and get creative...I don't eat eggs either, I use a powdered vegan alternative which takes a bit of getting used to cooking with or u can use soft silken tofu...let me know how u go!❤️
