spent the day, from 12pm - 2am working on feel clean up. lots of shredding & no real exercise. had a banana & protein shake for lunch, a pbj sandwich & small box of raisins for dinner & now having some trail mix. I lost only 1 lb from noon to now. wasn't really hungry.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
