Although this weight record shows a 4 lb increase i am quite comfortable with this as after the Xmas/New Year celebrations I put on a stone! I was 192lbs on 16 January so lost 10lbs since then :-) and the trend is downwards.
Managed it by keeping active and avoiding all the "bad" stuff I ate between Xmas and New Year!
Hopefully get to my target of 12st 7lbs before I expire :-)
