I'm hoping it isn't a disc. I'm not getting shooting pain to my arse or legs, just in the lower back. I don't know if I can't admit to my physician that this happened from a little 225lb squat. Might have to round up to 500lb. Lol

🤣🤣 I hear you. It’s probably the lumbar erectors. Give it a couple of weeks. If you have a foam roller that might help speed the recovery.

I'll try the foam roller when the pain subsides a bit. The worst part is I can't take Ibuprofen or any NSAIDS since I'm on blood thinners. And Acetaminophen isn't doing jack.

yikes I've had so many lower back issues for years I have my chiropractor on speed dial. crazy enough all the heavy lifting has strengthened all the muscles along my spine and I have drastically less problems now then before. hope you get back up and running soon 👍

I hope it isn’t a disc too; it was for me. I foam rollered and went to massage and chiropractor for 2 months before I finally got the MRI.
