Up nice and early to start the weekend off right with an early morning boot camp out in the rain. What a way to wake you up and set you up for the weekend 😁

I did a 30 minute walk…was feeling a little resentful at the start but really enjoyed it once I got started

Thanks HumpT first weeks are always the easiest it’s getting to week 10 and on are the struggle but i need to get there.
