So surprised to see another 1.5 lb drop this morning! wooot!
Looking forward to the new year now. Was coming off so slowly I was actually worried I may never see any real weight loss again, but now I know I can do it again even at my age.
I have decided once I reach my initial goal of 160 I am going to treat myself to a new wardrobe and hairstyle/color. My granddaughter is now a cosmetologist so that will be a treat at little cost. I can't wait!
