Greetings Buddies:

Chugging along following the "plan." I met with my trainer this morning to discuss my goals for the 90 day challenge at my gym, Orange Theory Fitness.

It was comical as he did a 7 point bodyfat analysis with a caliper - I did NOT ask what my percentage was today...I do not want to know! I just will want to know it changed for the better after 90 days! He said I had NO "back fat" - LOL - how about the back of the arms and the abdomen? Another story...

Trust me - there is plenty of fat elsewhere! Back of arms, under arms, abdomen, rib cage, thighs...you name it, he measured it!

That takes a lot of guts to get done. I remember my P.E. teacher had one of those and was measuring the whole class. I kept creeping my way to the back of the line and thankfully the bell rang before she could. That's great, NO back fat. I would like NO back fat and NO going back to fat!
