I packed up some leftovers into 200 calorie snack packs. My kids took most of the pies, but I had some apple and some pumpkin. I have turkey and the bones that will become soup with rice. Lots of veggies left: green beans, brussel sprouts, salads. I am going to saute the spinach and kale salad and freeze some of it. My birds: Rudy was named Rudi because when we got him in June 1984 we thought we had a girl macaw. Then when he was 15, we had to have blood tests for him and we found out we have a boy! So we think he was born in March of 1984 which means he turned 38 this year. The little green bird is a Yellow Naped Amazon named Pidge. We had other birds named Midge and Madge and Pookie so I wanted something that went with that and fit her. When you look at her face on she looks like a pigeon so I suggested Pidge and it stuck. She was born in 2005 which makes her 17 this year. Ate too much pie today but getting back on the plan. Up a little, but I am sticking to the program over the weekend and will start back logging only weekly weigh ins and weigh daily just to track progress mentally. My mom and sister came up and even brought my niece too. Then my children and one of the friends.
