I'm not seeing huge progress on the scale, but I do FEEL a huge improvement in my overall quality of life. I get no more pain in my hips when I sit down. I have more energy and motivation to complete tasks and I'm able to bounce back from negative moods much faster!!

I'm upping the intensity of my exercise (Hello, Jillian) and increasing the duration of my light activity (peddling, elipticalling slowly while watching TV). I'd like to lose a dress size before my wedding on July 23rd and I'm pretty comfortable with that goal.

Also, I'm completely comfortable with the fact that I WILL get tired and lose my grip sometimes. I know that beating myself up won't help, so during those times I need to be optimistic and focus on what I CAN do.

Overall, I'm digging my new LIFESTYLE and learning to use this site as a TOOL to achieve better overall health.

I'm feeling good.
