Quite a lot going on with health issues, depression, now having to resign from my job and also leave China to go back to England 💔😔 I’m trying my best to get back into shape, I haven’t seen my family in over 3 years and I want them to know that I’m as healthy and strong as when I left. Sunday am weigh-in is a good start after last week’s reboot 🥗🧘🏻‍♀️
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
