Ahhhh. I forgot my lunch. I had to make myself go and eat in the staff dining hall. I found some chicken salad. That should hold me over until later. I'm excited to have lost some weight finally. I was floating around 245 for so long I was beginning to think that was it. I'm hoping to get to 239 next week sometime. I'll be doing a lot more activity with baseball coaching. Tonight I'm going to Quaker Steak and Lube for dinner. It's chicken wing day. Sorry me... I've got a need for some wings tonight. I'll eat some celery with them and drink Iced Tea instead of beer. Tomorrow is "clean up the baseball fields day." I'll be raking my butt off getting ready for the season. That will be good exercise. Have a great weekend you all.
