Well I did it! I'm back on the wagon without any slip ups yesterday. I went grocery shopping and picked up a bunch of my favourite fruits which are my daily treat. I need something sweet and fortunately almost all of my favourite seem to be lower in calories. I'm sure the vitamin C will help me kick the end of this flu too.
292.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 170.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
