Feeling good, diet going ok, ketones are low at 0.5mmol, I need to decrease carbs and eat more protein and fat. Forgot my lunch at home yesterday so just snacked on my favoirite yoghurt which has 20g protein per hit, almonds and green tea. Concentration is great.
