Completely agree. I live by these words because I don’t follow a short term diet but eat tasty nutritious food to fuel my body.

Well, I like chicken but I have to force it at times. Last night I realized I had no meats in the fridge. I had already had 15oz of chicken (breakfast & lunch) and I really didn't want chicken again. But it was my only protein and force was needed.
