Ugh, stupid weight😡 The scale is definitely NOT cooperating. Of course, I took a break from tracking, and I was doing so well on that. Also didn't do any meal planning for the week, mainly 'cause we still have leftovers & crap food in the freezer life fish sticks. Need to clean all that out! Also I need to develop some new habits. It looks like my regular shift for November will be evenings, so I need to get in the habit of doing my exercise in the mornings. Also, my previous plan to have a late lunch/early dinner isn't going to work. So I'm looking at this "other" meal plan, thinking I could cook the dinners for lunch & take the lunch with me to work.

Breaking news: Hubby told me he'd like to lose around 30 lbs, and I'm still needing to lose around 12 lbs. So we're contemplating a "No junk food November!" Yeah, this might be a weird time to do this with the Holidays, but that might be the best time to cut back on the junk food. We're still working out the particulars, and I don't know how I'll get by with less chocolate😭 Hopefully I'll manage....
