MisChelle OMAD has been pretty easy lately. I’ve been a bit nervous and I’m not a stress eater. We’ll see after my nerves settle how it goes. I may just live on tuna wraps for awhile 😂 How’s your routine going?

I'm doing pretty darn good with it. I actually love it. The hardest part for me is getting everyone else fed and having to listen again and again to why I'm not eating with them... (She's 94 so I just let her repeat it) I.. AM a nervous snacker and my plate has been overflowing lately. My stress levels have been thru the roof so I finally decided to just take some time off. But although I mostly kept my calories in line I don't love the kind of things I was turning to. Getting back into this last week and remembering why I love it so much. All I hear from the people around me is how unhealthy it is and I feel the total opposite. I never feel better than when doing IF/OMAD .. the clarity and energy I get is amazing. So yeah.. 😂🙏🏼 I'm so glad it's going well for you and getting easy. It took me a bit to get there in the beginning but I think when you start figuring out what times n meals work for you it's a really great option!! 💕🙏🏼🍀
