Mid week weigh in. Doing well. BMI dropped another point today down to 34 neat. Homeopath is happy. She said I’ve lost all the fluid I was carrying. No more bloating. Lost my 3rd stomach now. 😳 Rest deflating and sucking up. Funny watching your gut change shape.
I designed this way of eating for myself in 2016 after having an op on my ankle, and being 120kg I was struggling to get myself up and down stairs or around on crutches. So I looked at how I processed food, did research, got tests done and recorded changes in my body, weight, skin, health over a few months as I healed until I got the mix right.
Would you believe a nutritionist told me I’m meant to be fat. Apparently my DNA test showed I have all the fat genes inherited from both sides of family. Go figure! I refuse to accept that and told her so. Her plan had me gain 10 kg in 2 days. Nope. Back on my own plan which is sustainable, and I will therefore continue doing what I’m doing.
I find doing a slow weight loss of around 1 kg per week also let’s my body have time to suck up the loose skin although at 60 I’m not over confident. 🤣 Onwards and downwards peoples. 😜
