The eating plan worked out quite well yesterday, so I'm doing it again today. I'm working 4 days this week, but a whole 6 days next week! Extra $$ for Christmas, or medical bills that keep trickling in😕 Last night went well at work, I'm still in training but I feel like I'm catching on. I should get settled into my new position in November, looks like I'll be working Sun - Thurs at a smaller YMCA. This will of course include adjusting my cooking & workout schedule for these new hours. The good news is, this smaller Y is only 2 miles from my house! I could possibly squeeze in a workout before my shift starts, maybe??? We'll see!
