I'm the Grand Old Duke of York, neither up nor down! But at least I'm below 13 stone still (just!). Got to count little blessings, I suppose :-)

181.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
