Eating window is closed so if I need anything more it will be mint tea! I am feeling pretty good right now. I think I will have my shower, wash my hair and get to bed earlier tonight that last night (12:40 am).

Glad I wasn't doing the fast today as we didn't get to eat until almost 8 pm. I am so full but drinking lots of water anyway. Life is good.

I don't do the eating window thing, wasn't hungry but had to eat to take my meds before bed. A slice of cheese and some toasted walnuts and peanuts. Trying to add some extra protein to my day.

The eating window seem to make the biggest difference right now - it's interesting. I am wondering how I will fare for the Disneyworld trip in April. I will have to bring my supplies with me!
