It's been pretty bad lately. I've been devouring between 1800-2000 calories a day this past week. I'll eat fine during the day but as soon as i get home, i get all cookie monster on my kitchen. i think it's mostly because my roommate's not there and i dont feel judged, which is a bad thing because i need that guilt to stop stuffing my face. i am strongly considering duct taping my mouth when i get home. i'll update my progress in that department. only good thing is i have been staying away from meat.
This past weekend i went to Sharkeez to watch the UFC fight and we were all munching on chips, nachos, salsa, etc. 2 of my guy friends showed up and when we asked them if they wanted food they said no, claiming they ate at 2:30 and weren't hungry. Mind you, it was 6:30 in the evening. I realized i need to be more like them. If someone offers me food, i'll say yes and eat whether i'm hungry or not, and that needs to stop. I've been reading up on the abs diet and i'm gonna start those exercises today. My next weigh in will say 130.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey sweetie! I wish I could have watched this UFC... 100! Hubby and I are big fans :) Anyways, you said you wanted to be more like them and just say you arent hungry... i'd say that's a good idea when the food being offered is something unhealthy or something you can't eat just a small portion of. Just try to make sure you aren't like famished when you go places like that or you won't be able to resist!
