I know I am showing a weight gain, however when I got home on Friday 16 Sept was showing as 3kgs up and now 0.90kg up, but I do have a leg triple it’s normal size with swelling, so weight is naturally going to take time to settle. That said I couldn’t maintain 800 calories a day this week and averaged 900 calories a day because I was starving (all part of the healing process I guess). Anyway new week, I have also completely taken myself off the pain meds and will hopefully feel less hungry this week. Tomorrow is two weeks since the knee replacement and I am walking around with one crutch. I can walk without it, but not for long. Amazing how quickly I am bouncing back so far. Just need the body to join me on the continued weight loss journey!
