I just signed up for fatsecret on Monday, and I'm already really motivated to lose weight! Seeing how everyone here is also fighting to live healthier makes it so much easier.

I agree, MrBananna, but it seems strange that a website can motivate. It makes me feel good about what I'm eating and my exercise just to come to the site. You also learn by reading the experiences of other people. And logging what you eat makes you sit up and take notice of how much you're putting in your mouth. No more mindless snacking!
