@jim yeah! Zucc, onion, edamame, mushrooms, whatever veggies and protein you enjoy. This is what I have in the fridge and what my neighbors share from their garden. I have a big thing of ginger so I'll probably thaw some beef to use in bowls like this over the upcoming week. For example: beef, brocc, red and green pepper with ginger and coconut aminos =) when I really crave noodles I use the hearts of palm noodles. Nature's Heaven is a brand I like for Asian dishes.
