Today is my first day actually following my new diet so we will see how it goes. My BMI is 38.1 and needs to be 29.9 for me to meet my first goal of transitioning from obese to overweight. This requires me to lose 46lbs. My second goal is to have my BMI 24.9 which transitions me from Overweight to normal weight. This requires me to lose 29lbs. My third goal is to have my BMI at 22.7 which will transition me from high normal weight to a stable normal weight. This requires me to lose 28lbs so the end result is 128lbs. I need to lose 87lbs.
