Day 1 with this app. Didn't plan to start a diet today, but the need has been swirling around a bit. Don't even want to call it a diet - want to just start moving toward better eating habits and drop a few pounds as a bonus. Didn't get to the gym this morning (late night). Did bring b'fast and lunch. Will need to add those recipes in order to record them. Mood today is just so-so. Not enthused about anything in particular, and that despite mexico being about 3 weeks away. Hoping i can start to find some joy. It's lacking at the moment.

No diets allowed :) Health and wellness is paramount and I believe you'll find some like minds on this board. I'm with you on finding the passion and zest right today but those feelings pass. welcome! and, i agree, it's not a diet, it's a way of life! tons of support here so maybe that will help you find your joy. this is a good - and safe - place to vent when you need to, and offer support to others when they need it. hang in there!
